Consisting of two floors, on the entrance level there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and large wardrobes made of solid wood. An imposing staircase with glass handrail leads downstairs to a spacious living room overlooking the pool and garden. The large and modern open-plan kitchen next door offers the same beautiful views and is complemented by a large pantry and laundry room, which have their own access to the street.

Also on this floor is a multi-purpose room that can be used in a variety of ways (office, cinema room, playroom) as well as a bedroom and an additional bathroom. Everything in this house has been thought out down to the last detail. It has thermal and sound insulation through double-glazed windows with sun protection, wooden floors and high-quality materials in the bathrooms and kitchen. Other features include a video intercom system, independent air conditioning in all bedrooms, the VIBIA lighting system, automatic irrigation, an alarm system with video surveillance and the pool with hydro-massage. The Capital Funchal
Funchal is the capital of Madeira. The beautiful bay, the romantic harbour and the surrounding mountains make it one of the most beautiful cities in Portugal. Funchal was named after the fennel spice "funcho", which was found when the island was discovered. Today, the city is ultra-modern and trendy. The large shopping centres and exclusive shops and boutiques in the pedestrian zones as well as the large market hall invite you to an extensive shopping spree all year round. The capital also has a lot to offer in the way of culinary delights. In addition to the city centre, you will find a large number of excellent and often very reasonably priced restaurants offering local and international specialities in the old town. The Botanical Gardens are a wonderful destination for an excursion. The Jardim Tropical, located about three kilometres above the city centre high above the bay, is best reached by a spectacular cable car ride.
